POMPIDOU

Pompidou is an amazing modern art museum in Paris.  Modern art is art that happened somewhat recently.  It is way different that art that happened more in the past.  Here are some examples of modern art that I liked:

Splatter painting, which is a canvas covered in all different colors just splattered on. There was also a painting that was just a big blue square.  There are two others that I can think of: One was interactive. It was a cave that was bumpy all over and was filled with white and black stripes. You could walk inside it. The other was dazzling.  It also had stripes, except that they were many different colors and they were all perfectly straight.  When you looked at it, your eyes would water.  It seemed like the artist used a computer to make it.  I liked it a lot.  There are tons of other stuff there too. Some were beautiful, some were ugly.  Some had lots of shapes, some barely had any shape at all.  There is a fountain that's modern artsy, and there was also a big red elevator that looked like giant stair steps all the way to the top of the building.  I enjoyed Pompidou lots and lots.  Would you like to go there?
